I booked a hire car from 20th Oct till 8th Nov at Phuket Airport a Honda HRV with reservation number TH952135345890 Could you please organise a personal transport from Terminal 2 (Arrival) to your desk (Terminal1)...I dont like to go with shuttle bus….of course i will pay additional Costs....I arrive at 8 pm from Dubai.

You do not need to go by shuttle bus.

But on voucher is written that the car company at Phuket Airport is Chic Car Rent.

Chic rent a Car which is the ONLY supplier at Phuket that uses a shuttle but we are NOT Chic Car Hire. Although you can book CHIC through our online system, we are not that company. Please refer back to the online company you made your original reservation at, or refer to any paperwork you were issued with. Sorry but we cannot assist you.

We are as the website says:- airasiacarhire Because you have probably gone for the cheapest car thats why you were shown Chic. If you conduct a search on this website you will see other providers as well.
